Withdraw from contract
Use this page to withdraw from an eligible online sales contract or request a return.
Electronic request
- Select Withdraw from contract above and sign in using the email address connected to the order.
- Open the relevant order, choose the eligible item or items, review the request and submit it.
After submission, Shopify sends an automatic confirmation to the email address supplied and records the request date and contents with the order. Keep that confirmation.
If the order is not shown
Email support@againora.com with your full name, order number, the item being returned and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract. A reason is optional. A clear statement sent within the applicable period is accepted even if you do not use the account function.
