Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy is provided by MB “Nirista”, trading as Againora. Nothing in it limits rights that consumers have under mandatory law.
1. Processing and dispatch
Orders are normally dispatched within 3 business days after the order is accepted and payment is successfully captured. Regular dispatch days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday, excluding Lithuanian public holidays. Processing uses the Europe/Vilnius timezone. No fixed order cut-off time is advertised.
Processing time is additional to carrier transit time.
2. Shipping origin and destinations
Orders are dispatched from Lithuania. We deliver within Lithuania and to international destinations that are enabled and shown as available for the shipping address during checkout. Courier delivery within Lithuania costs €2.50, with free standard delivery on orders of €75 or more after discounts. We do not claim to deliver to every country.
3. Carriers and tracking
We use PostNL, GLS, DPD, Royal Mail, DHL and other suitable tracked delivery partners where necessary. The exact carrier depends on the destination, parcel characteristics, service availability and logistics route. A particular carrier is guaranteed only if checkout expressly identifies it.
Tracking details are normally provided after dispatch. Tracking events can take time to appear after a label is created or the parcel is handed to the carrier.
4. Estimated delivery time
- EU destinations: up to 3 business days processing, plus approximately 4-10 business days in transit.
- Destinations outside the EU: up to 3 business days processing, plus approximately 14-30 business days in transit.
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs processing, public holidays, weather, strikes, local carrier delays and remote destinations may affect delivery. This does not remove any right you have under applicable consumer law.
5. Shipping charges, VAT and customs
Product prices include applicable VAT where required. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed separately at checkout before you place the order. Free standard shipping applies to supported EU destinations on orders of €75 or more after discounts. This automatic offer combines with quantity discounts. No free shipping is offered outside the EU. Below €75, the standard checkout rate applies.
For orders delivered within the EU customs territory and dispatched from Lithuania, customers generally will not be charged customs import duties.
United States orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Againora covers applicable import duties, import taxes and customs clearance charges within the existing product prices and arranges their payment through the delivery provider. You pay no additional import charges at checkout or on delivery. The shipping charge shown at checkout still applies. If a carrier requests an import payment, contact support@againora.com.
For other destinations outside the EU customs or VAT territory, local import duties, import VAT and carrier fees may apply. Unless checkout expressly states that they are included or collected in advance, these charges are the customer's responsibility.
6. Risk during carriage
Againora remains responsible for loss of or damage to the goods until they are physically received by you or your designated recipient. Where applicable law provides otherwise because you independently selected a carrier that Againora did not offer, risk may transfer when the goods are handed to that carrier.
7. Delays, loss and delivery problems
Email support@againora.com if tracking has stopped updating, the estimated delivery period has passed, the parcel arrives damaged, or tracking says delivered but the parcel cannot be located. Include the order number and tracking number where available.
If delivery is not completed within the agreed period, you retain all rights available under applicable consumer law. These may include setting an additional reasonable delivery period and, where legally applicable, terminating the contract and receiving reimbursement.

Free courier shipping to all 27 EU countries on orders of €75 or more after discounts. The United Kingdom and all other non-EU destinations are excluded from free shipping. Courier delivery only; no parcel lockers. The final rate and availability for your address are shown at checkout. Currency conversion applies when paying in another currency.
